Lucia is originally from Argentina and has been living in the Northern Beaches in Sydney for the last 9 years. She is a mum to Indiana.
Lucia offers one-on-one integrated support with the aim of enhancing your overall well-being. She combines Ayurveda and Western medicine in her practice. While she focuses on diet and nutrition, her primary goal is to help you build a healthy relationship with yourself, make conscious and healthier decisions, and enjoy real food and life.
Lucia will teach you how to create balanced plates and meals that provide your body with all the necessary nutrients to help balance your energy levels, improve sleep, enhance stress management abilities, and promote better hormonal and digestive health.
My journey into holistic health began from a deeply personal desire to naturally balance my hormones. In 2017, I started studying Health Coaching, hoping to learn how to better care for my body. It was an awakening moment, and after completing my studies, I became a yoga teacher, specialising in Yin, prenatal, and postnatal yoga. During this time, I discovered Ayurveda, a healing system that truly resonated with my values and my growing curiosity about natural healing.
I was born in the beautiful coastal town of Mar del Plata, Argentina, where the ocean and nature played a big role in shaping who I am. In 2016, I moved to Sydney and fell in love with the Northern Beaches, deciding to settle here and build my family. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Nature has always been my medicine, and Ayurveda has become a part of my daily life. I feel most at peace when I’m outdoors—whether it’s running, swimming, or simply walking along the coast. Cooking nourishing food brings me so much joy and is a true expression of my love for both my body and soul.
Food has always been at the heart of my journey. I ran a plant-based café, started a wholefood catering business, and wrote two recipe books—one in Spanish and one in English—filled with simple, wholesome meals designed to help others experience the benefits of real, unprocessed food.
Through my own experiences, I’ve learned that true health isn’t just about what we eat. It’s about mindset, lifestyle, and daily habits. Life’s challenges have taught me that balance comes from nurturing every part of ourselves—body, mind, and spirit.
In 2020, I faced two heartbreaking miscarriages and struggled to conceive my first child. It was one of the hardest times in my life, but it also deepened my understanding of women’s health and fuelled my passion for supporting others through their own health journeys. My daughter, Indiana, is a beautiful reminder of the strength and resilience that come from overcoming life’s challenges.
Today, my focus is on supporting women’s health, with a special emphasis on hormonal balance, fertility, and postpartum care. I believe that women deserve the time and space to nourish themselves, especially in a world where we so often put others first. We all deserve to reconnect with our bodies, trust our intuition, and prioritise our well-being.
I am so passionate about what I do—whether it’s guiding women through one-on-one coaching, leading workshops and retreats, or sharing my recipe books. But I’ve also learned that in order to show up fully for others, I must first take care of myself. Slowing down, resetting, and staying grounded have become essential parts of my journey.
Welcome to this space—created just for you.
A place to feel supported, nourished, and empowered.
A place to find the tools and guidance to build your own path to well-being.
With love,
Lu
